Training Administrative Assistant
Assignment Length: 6 months
Assignment Location: Branchburg, NJ
Pay: 20/hr
Will work remotely initially and then return to the office when the team returns
Selected candidate will be required to pick up computer on first day

Summary:
This support role provides assistance with uploading training content within the Learning Management System (LMS), as well as overall assistance to the Health Safety Environment and Security (HSES) Operations Team. The training support will include assistance with managing training requirements and development, ensuring accurate tracking, and maintaining and communicating required training. The HSES Operations Team support will involve assisting the Team on a variety of initiatives including HSES-specific training, contractor qualification, database auditing and HSES dashboard maintenance. Independent judgment and collaboration are needed in order to plan, prioritize, and organize workload effectively for executing requested tasks. This role reports to the Senior IMS Manager.

Responsibilities:
-Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Assisting in creating training positions and training groups within ALAM's LMS application for Global ALAM sites in Korea, Japan, Singapore and elsewhere, as needed
-Assisting in creating training matrices detailing training assignments and audience groups within LMS for Global ALAM
-Working with the ALAM Training Coordinator to digitize and upload production site job certifications in LMS
-Working with the HSES Operations Team to integrate HSES-related training requirements with the LMS platform
-Inputting data to generate trend analyses for HSES events and various action items
-Assisting in data upload and maintenance of various HSES Dashboards
-Managing miscellaneous requests as needed
-Successfully completing all assigned trainings

Required Qualifications:
-A combination of a high school diploma + 5 years experience, or a bachelor's degree + 1 year of experience
-Working knowledge of management systems structure and operation
-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint), and Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides, Drive)
-Strong communication, follow-up, internal customer service, and organizational skills
-High attention to detail and ability to recognize and act upon deviations
-Fast learner
-Ability to work non-standard hours, as needed, in support of ALAM sites in Asia

Preferred Qualifications:
-Knowledge of Articulate or other content creation tools
