Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant Job Duration: 12+ Months contract (Hybrid 2-3 Days Onsite) Location: Location: Bridgewater or Hopewell, NJ Job Responsibilities:
3 + years’ experience in SAP R/3, Financial Accounting, and Controlling required. 3 + years’ experience with SAP configuration in Financial Accounting to include; General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Profit Center Accounting, Cost Centers, Invoice Orders, Sales & Distribution Someone who has experience with S/4 HANA Able to consistently contribute effort, leadership, and creative thinking to solve complex and significant problems in a collaborative fashion. Must be able to demonstrate an ability to work concurrently on multiple complex and sometimes ambiguous problems. Able to communicate complex concepts, problems and solutions clearly and effectively to all levels within the organization. Demonstrated ability to perform at the highest level of proficiency in utilizing tools and applications to complete assignments. Able to work on special projects to enhance internal system functionality from the operational business perspective. Requires excellent communication skills with all levels of audience(s). Ability to structure training and development messages in keeping with listener’s experience, background and expectations to ensure knowledge transfer of learning materials, and delivery of training content. Develop precise documentation of prioritized functional requirements that can directly be converted to test plans, use cases, and system conceptual designs to meet performance targets and development project plans. Communicate project status by creating written status reports on a predetermined schedule for large developmental efforts. Partner with business architects and other planners to assess current capabilities and identify high-level requirements. Partner with legacy systems teams to design, build, test and implement data exchange interfaces. Gain user approval by developing system prototypes to present for review. Translate requirements and use cases to the designers, ensuring there is a clear and concise understanding of requirements. Review test conditions and expected results for product, performance and user acceptance testing. Participate in quality management reviews as outlined in the project work plan, and in reviews of the designs, prototypes and other project work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.
