JOB DUTIES:
This person would be our lead for data analysis & insight recommendations supporting the Live Sales Chat Customer Experience team. As a major part of our business, Sales Chat continues to deliver a strong customer experience. In order to continue to grow our experience, added focus is needed to understand & build insights based on data to help drive our business forward. This person would need to be able to assess complex problems & identify solutions.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree Needed.
Masters Degree or Digital CX Certification preferred.
