Growing accounting firm servicing small to medium sized businesses seeks an experienced ambitious hardworking bookkeeper to grow within our organization.
Experience with write ups of small to medium sized businesses
Including all aspects of general ledger maintenance including payroll entries
Accrual and depreciation journal entries
Bank reconciliations
Accounts receivable and accounts payable management a must
Responsibilities include managing small business accounts from reviewing and assisting with their books and financials to tax planning and preparation.
Working with Corporations and Partnerships in a variety of industries as well as the business owners.
The firm also is active in forming new companies, preparing projections for companies and assisting them with certain back office accounting responsibilities.
Knowledge of QuickBooks, Word and Excel a must.
