The Manager of Sales Operations is responsible for the process development that enables our sales organization to run effectively, efficiently and in support of the business strategies of Merola Tile.
Role and Responsibilities
Drive continuous improvement with our sales processes to optimize product and brand visibility.
Develop and execute a process towards ownership of the rep database, scheduling and content of regular business updates specific to the sales team, and how information is shared and stored within the sales function.
Prepare and successfully assure all customer and sales events/trainings.
Manage/support the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and data.
Coordination of marketing items.
Ensure optimal ROIs for marketing activities.
Coordinate recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence
Oversee team related budget and consultation
Oversee metrics and reports tracking
Lead monthly process review with area leaders.
Responsible for development path, trainings and best practice as well as knowledge sharing program within the team
Provide strategy and growth directions for the team
Follow market trends
Schedule, host and manage the content for business reviews and other sales meetings and ensure that all action items are assigned and completed.
Promote operational efficiency through process development
Manage approach to assure resilience
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelors Degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of management experience in a Sales or Operation Support role and Experience managing a CRM system preferred.
Skilled in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel.
Customer Service / Administrative experience preferred.
Prior experience working in a Human Resources position.
Fast and accurate data entry skills
