Nationwide facility maintenance and construction company seeks dedicated, driven, responsible, and hard working individuals. Current openings in our Service Department for Service Coordinators (dispatcher/customer service representative).
Responsible for supporting the success of assigned clients
Perform assigned work activities
Handle client issue as required
Performs the following client maintenance/repair activity on a daily/weekly basis:
Emergency Prioritization and response
Identifies and tries to resolve client service complaints , issues, and concerns
Identifies process issues that impact the workflow management
Performs administrative and clerical tasks to support goals of team.
Compiles and supports appropriate customer reporting
To be included in the on-call rotation (approx 1 week every 6 weeks)
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
Interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
Written and oral communication skills
Basic math skills
Knowledge of basic repair/maintenance terminology and procedures
Ability to read proposals and other documents
Ability to compose routine memos, emails and communications
Ability to speak/negotiate effectively with customers, vendors, and employees
