We are a specialty pharmacy looking to hire an energetic, hard working, friendly person to work in our shipping department. This employee will be asked to deliver medications to patient homes once or twice per week on average. Our employees are organized, neat, dedicated, dependable, reliable and have good communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast pace team setting and be polite and courteous. We ship packages via FedEx and the person would learn how to work these programs and how to package boxes expertly. Prior experience a plus, but not necessary.
In order to work for Mandell's you must pass a drug test and submit to a criminal background check. Also, our candidate must have a valid NJ driver's license in good standing since we occasionally deliver to patient homes when necessary.
Duties include:
Packing medications according to storage directions
Performing accuracy checks
Create shipping labels
Maintain stock in the department
Perform all duties with accuracy
Receiving and stocking orders, requires lifting up to 50 pounds
Perform as part of a team and follow management instructions
Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License
Detail Oriented
Ability to multitask
Work in an organized manner
Ability to follow company policies
Speak fluent English
Ability to communicate with fellow employees
Capable of lifting boxes and some equipment
Able to work 10:30am - 6:30pm shift for a 40 hour work week. (at least One Saturday per month)
Quick learner
Capable of working in a fast pace environment
