1. Must operate under a legally registered business (LLC or sole proprietorship).
2. Must be a sole proprietor and/or the primary cleaner for the registered business.
3. Must be able to maintain cleaning materials and supplies on-site as needed for the client’s property.
4. Must be willing to provide valid 1099 information for tax reporting.
5. Must provide their own cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, rags, gloves, solutions, etc.).
6. Must carry general liability insurance and provide proof of active coverage.
7. Must be responsible for transportation to and from job sites.
8. Must agree to maintain confidentiality when cleaning residential or commercial properties.

Other Requirements:
Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning.

Own transportation to the facility.
