DescriptionJoin a world-class operations team with Clutter! We are hiring Part-time Warehouse Leads with positive attitudes and great work ethic! We are looking for reliable leaders who will be responsible for all inbound, outbound, and this is a day-shift position.Why Clutter?Earn $18 per hour starting payGet paid weekly (including for travel time and training)We are strongly committed to the safety of our employees and customers nationwideResponsibilitiesResponsible for the fulfillment of Clutters inbound, outbound, and transfer operations for Clutters warehouseCoordinate tasks with a team of 2-3 associatesMove, pack, scan, and palletize items safely (items often weigh more than 50 lbs)Facilitate loading / unloading of items onto transfer trucksEnsure process is followed by performing frequent quality auditsManage stocking of warehouse supplies in designated areasUse our iPhone app for shift clock-ins and dispatchResponsible for following and promoting all safety standards of conductRequirements2+ years of professional work experienceAt least 18 years of age with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent (any college experience is a plus!)Weekend availability requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and energy to move and pack throughout your shiftBasic understanding of iPhone technologyFlexibility concerning hours & shifts to accommodate a cyclical businessExperience with at least one of the following preferred: moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, stocking, customer service, helper or general labor
