Our company is a manufacturer of laboratory instruments and is seeking a Product Manager responsible for the marketing and promotion of our Mixing and Temperature Control Product Lines. This position would entail working with our distributor partners to support their field sales efforts with technical support, promotions, brochure design, new product announcements, etc. It would also include frequent email communication with our distributor sales force to provide:
- Information on new product introductions
- Updates on existing products
- Review of distributor websites and marketing material to suggest improvements
- Suggested limited time promotions
- Any information relevant to increasing their overall attention and sales of the managed product line
This position would also include:
Becoming expert in the features/benefits of the managed product line to allow for proper highlighting of the most important advantages over our competition.
Becoming the primary point of contact for all subjects related to our Mixing and Temperature Control Products, taking full ownership and accountability for all related inquiries.
Tracking and reviewing sales reports to determine sales trends and opportunities with our Mixing and Temperature Control Products.
