Job Coach needed to provide supervision and vocational related training, including but not limited to job related work tasks, work ethics, socialization skills, work safety and other employment strategies. The job coach will create a positive work relationship between employee and staff.
Responsible for maintaining case record; documentation of individuals progress on program plan objectives and completes assessments as needed.
Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
(Wednesdays and Fridays 2pm -6pm )
(Thursdays 6:30pm - 8:30pm and
Sundays 9:00 am -11:am)
Potentially to work day hours when scheduled or over 20 hours per week.
- Must have a drivers license
- The Job Coach may be assigned other responsibilities.
