Compensation
Start with $15 and up. Depending upon your proven experience.
Job Description:
Mainly telecommuting, but must meet at the office at least once a month for in-person coordination. (Keep social distancing and have face-mask on.)
Customer Service
Answer Phones
Prompt and polite email communication with customers
Able to describe general logistics of registration and policies, etc., about company to customers
Address Customers' concerns.
Customer Service and General Office Work :
Process registration and professional correspondence to customers
Assist Supervisor to conduct mailing and generation communication with customers.
Other office clerical work responsibilities as assigned or required.
Time:
September to June
May choose one to all of the following three weekdays:
Tue to Fri: 10 to 2 and/or 2 to 6
Sat: 10 to 2 and/or 2 to 6
Sun: 10 to 2 and/or 2 to 6
Qualifications:
MUST
Present evidence to demonstrate your excellent interpersonal skill.
Be Punctual
Like to take pride of one's own work
Be Highly organized and very much detailed oriented
Have customer service experience
Be a self-starter able to work with minimal supervision within a team
Possess Strong communication skills including verbal and written.
Take directions and work as part of a team.
PLUS (Demonstration of the following will include higher compensation)

Creative
Able to work with images and posting in social media in a professional capacity
