We need a payroll billing clerk for a trucking company. Experience in the trucking industry and a strong financial background is required. Hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday. Please be flexible with your hours.
Duties include managing time cards, ensuring all drivers time cards match their trip sheets and GPS data, process payroll accurately, handle any payroll discrepancies - among other general clerical/administrative duties like making calls, scanning documents, and filing documents. You're paid an hourly rate.
Ideal candidates will have:
Billing and payroll experience
Intermediate level with excel and Microsoft suite
Ability to enter data and cross reference information for accuracy
Transpiration background is a plus
Mathematically inclined
General office functions and recorded keeping
