Job responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with Project and National Account Managers to successfully complete and manage delivery of client critical reports.

Responsible for final electronic delivery of reports to clients

o Under close direction of project leads and utilizing technical writing database (Quire) and Word, responsible to produce client-ready reports

o Upload project templates utilized by project team into project database

Management of multiple tasks in support of report writing & delivery

o Manage communications from clients and team members

o Follow up with field staff on status of the site visit and report files

o Track progress of current projects

o Issue invoices to clients

o Attend weekly meetings with Account and Project managers to review status of current projects.

This position would be aligned to our technical Production Team, however for daily tasks, it would be a key member of our construction services team. This position is anticipated to be based out of a home office with occasional meetings in Novas New York/New Jersey co-working office locations. Therefore, qualified candidates must possess attributes that prove they can manage themselves remotely and be accountable to multiple, remote stakeholders for delivery of time-critical projects. These are unique attributes greatly valued for the success of this role.

Job Qualifications of successful candidates:

Computer proficient “ 90% of this position is managed using a computer

o Experience using Quire or another technical writing database strongly preferred

Masterful organizational skills and expert ability to multi-task

o Candidates with previous experience in document controls, in production centers supporting consulting or professional field services staff will be shown preference

Ability to work with a sense of urgency and with a client first attitude

Interest in learning new tasks and new technologies

Comfortable and successful working with teams that are remote/virtual and of different work & personality styles and time zones.

Ability to work occasional overtime on short notice (such as working through lunch, coming in early or leaving late)
