Bi lingual a major plus To communicate with our tenants

Must have computer experience to understand and quickly learn our rental software.

Understand accounts receivable and payable.

Lease renewals

Assist the Community Manager in all functions necessary to effectively operate the community.

Maintain professional communication with residents, applicants, and other representatives.

Prepare and maintain complete resident and general office files; keeping proper documentation at all times.

Assist with compliance procedures as directed by Office manager

Type business letters and memos using proper grammar and spelling.

Assist Community Manager with weekly and monthly reports

Be aware of all relevant laws and agency regulations, including but not limited to fair housing, sexual harassment, disability accommodations, and landlord-tenant relationships as they apply to the policies and procedures of the company and the community.

Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as directed by management staff.

Assist Community Manager with leasing, marketing, and advertising preparation.

answering telephone calls, preparing application paperwork, and communicating leases and community policies.

Advertising daily.

Take maintenance service requests from residents and follow-up on service calls, keeping and filing all copies and related documents.

Process move-ins and move-outs following company policies and procedures and guidelines established by federal, state, and local agencies.

Assist with supervision of all vacant apartment turnover

Assist with Dunning for rent

Collect rents and control delinquency.

Must be able to use iPad, iPhone, text messaging for office use.

Must be extremely organized, able to multi task ability to work in small quick paced office.

Ability to take emails and phone calls from prospective residents with the main goal of converting into rentals

Small office environment

FULL TIME long term POSITION

HOURS WILL INCLUDE MON-FRI 9am -5pm or 1-5 P/T
