We are seeking experienced Fish Cutters for a retail store location.
The ideal candidate must have experience with cutting, weighing, packaging, and preparing fish for customers.
The candidate must be able to complete the following:
Must be a skilled fish cutter and know how to fillet.
Must have general knowledge of Fish and Seafood products
Understanding and knowledge of sanitation, safety, and food handling procedures
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Must be able to lift heavy boxes, ranging from 10-60 lbs
