Job Description
-Assist self-service laundry customers as needed with washers, dryers, coin machines, vending machines and washer/dryer issues.
-Perform washing, drying, folding of drop-off laundry customers according to procedures.
-Help maintain cleanliness of store, machines, and customer satisfaction.
-Receive wash and fold orders and enter into computer.
-Sort laundry items received for washing by colors and whites.
-Preform washing of customer laundry.
-Neatly fold and bag laundry or place in customer's basket for pick up.
-Maintain cleanliness of store by wiping countertops, machine tops and soap receptacles.
-Make sure trash is not overflowing and the floor is kept dry and clear of debris.
-Keep bathroom clean and stocked.
-Help customers using washers, dryers and vending machines and coin machines.
-Check lint screens for lint and cleans lint filters as necessary to maintain optimum efficiency of dry.
-Report any equipment not working properly to management.
-Restock soap vending machines, and report on inventory counts.
-Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
Must be able to work under pressure with a variety of customers and personalities.
Must be good with people and work well with others.
Must be able to lift minimum of 20 pounds on a consistent basis.
