We are seeking an Inside Sales Rep to join our team! You will offer customers solutions to drive company revenue. A+ Products Group, headquartered in Marlboro, NJ, has been providing manufacturers with plastic and metal hardware for over 25 years. With an extensive inventory in our distribution facilities on both the east and west coast, A+ is your go-to supply partner. In addition to our standard hardware line we also represent some of the world’s top brands and manufacturers, including Fidlock, Bodypoint, Systemmag, Trimmers, and Winhigh. Responsibilities:
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Prospect and contact potential customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
Create sales material to present to customers
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales and customer service
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Creative problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
