We have 3 positions opened for Sales Manager, Team Lead and Trainee
Responsibilities
- Prospecting for new business via different channels (phone, email, social media, inbound leads)
- Generate, send, receive and review contracts and other documents
- Request, collect and review stipulation documents
- Determine/negotiate terms and applicable fees
- Work with the operations team to improve the processes
- Processing new submissions and renewals
- Delegating tasks to processors
Team Leads:
-Will Train a small team(2 to 5) of trainees and be responsible for their performance
-Will Receive Team Performance Bonus
Sales Manager:
-Will be responsible for business generation and development for assigned vertical market
-Will receive team performance and monthly / Yearly Goal Bonuses
If you have phone sales experience in any of the following industries this will get you to the front of the line:
Solar Panel
Stockbrokers
Mortgage Brokers
Debt Collectors
Currency Brokers
Desired Skills
- Sales experienced Preferred for Trainees
- Sales experienced Required for (Manager/Team Lead)
- Excellent verbal and written commutation skills
- Desire to dedicate 50-60 hours a week to drive their personal income - REQUIRED
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently or in group settings
