Safeway Trucking headquartered at East Coast Warehouse in Elizabeth New Jersey, has been providing truckload services for our established customers for over 60 years.
Over the past year, we have expanded our drayage service areas and have now secured new customers, created new running lanes and new types of work available to our Owner Operators. This expansion has resulted in additional opportunities to sign on to Safeway Trucking
We are now offering the following positions to Owner Operators who are located in the Central New Jersey area:
Regional FTC (Freight To Customer) - This division of our Company is growing rapidly, providing additional opportunities for Owner Operators to sign on with Safeway. When running this freight, you will deliver from our Elizabeth NJ warehouse directly to our regional customer base. You will be home daily and weekends off!
Local Pier Work - Owner Operators are based out of our warehouse facilities that are strategically located near the Ports of New Jersey. This allows our Owner Operators to enjoy a VERY LOW cost of operation due to the limited number of miles required to deliver/pickup these loads! You earn your money with the time you put in and NOT the miles, saving you thousands of dollars annually on fuel, maintenance and repairs!
