Role The Workflow Analyst will play a key role in developing and implementing improvements for (internally developed workflow engine). The Workflow Analyst requires exceptional technical and analytical skills to analyze and triage requests and defect reports. They diagnose, correct and document issues, risks and problems using Quality Assurance (QA) practices. Once that process is complete they assign user stories or tasks to the appropriate group for resolution Reporting and Analysis: Create, prepare and analyze reports and metrics to identify opportunities where desired workflow metrics or functions are not meeting fundamental operational goals or pacing towards success Requisite Skills/Experience
7-10 Years as a BA-BSA on Enterprise Implementations
Experience in an analytical role. Excel skills with experience with large data sets preferred. Enterprise level workflow tool and data visualization tool experience preferred
