Project Manager
The Project Manager will lead Project teams in the management and successful delivery of assigned Projects while analyzing current applications/business processes to help increase efficiencies across the enterprise.
The Role:
•Develop detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
•Analyze Applications and SOP's as it related t Business Processes to identify application efficiencies.
•Interface with project staff and clients regarding status of projects.
•Provide sound understanding of IT project leadership concepts and principles and a basic knowledge of concepts and principles in other technology areas.
•Ensure essential procedures are followed and helps to define operating standards and processes coupled with Enterprise Standards.
•Apply comprehensive understanding of how multiple areas collectively integrate within IT project leadership to contribute towards achieving business objectives.
Requirements
Requirements:
•5 to 7 years Project Management experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device environment
•Professional Project Management Qualification (PMP) preferred
•Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma Principles/Operational Excellence
•Bachelor's degree a must, Master's degree level preferred
