Job Title- Technical Project Manager. Location- Montvale, NJ/Edison, NJ (Hybrid) Duration- Full Time with Orion Innovation Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall delivery of the project, in time, within budget and with quality.
Work with key stakeholders establish and implement key project delivery and governance processes and KPI(s)
Provide detailed periodic scheduled / in-demand reports on Project KPI(s), status & health, risks and issues with impact analysis and mitigation plans.
Work with Lead(s) in developing project & sprint plans, define and track sprint and project milestones.
Stay on top of on daily basis in understanding and anticipating risks, proactively effectively communicate the same with the customer if required and provide mitigation and remediation plans
Track project resoucre needs and utilization, sprint productivity through capacity vs velocity, planned vs Delivered, Issues and Risks impacting sprint and project schedules
Work with Customer Project Manager, SME’s and manage teams Business Analysts, Offshore Delivery/Scrum Master, Solution Architect(s), Team Lead(s) and QA Lead(s) to ensure smooth progress of the project.
Responsible for all technical & architectural decisions, reviewing, managing, and delivering all technical documentation to the customer.
Identify scope for creating POC’s required to demonstrate technical and/or technology capabilities before finalizing the solution architecture.
Working with the stakeholders and team members to scope, size and articulate project concepts into clear project objectives, delivery approaches and plans
Manage project scope on an ongoing basis using documented change management techniques
Manage, motivate, and lead project team
Maintain and encourage open lines of communication between Management, Stakeholders and Team
Rise to the challenge, think on your feet, and problem solve
Qualifications Technical:
Minimum of 10 to 12 years relevant work experience in a professional software development environment
Experience in full software development life cycle of enterprise Azure Cloud Native application (.Net 6, Angular 9 and above) development project using Agile development methodology
Knowledge of Azure Cloud Native Architecture and design patterns
Strong experience in Azure platform Services, understanding of their capabilities and limitations and being able to architect and deliver solutions leveraging various azure platform services
Have good understanding in implementation of advanced security, authentication, and single sign on across azure cloud and on premise
Security-savvy, with knowledge of integrating security principles, processes, and tools in Azure-based cloud implementations
Prior experience of implementing / managing data integration projects which includes documenting conceptual data models, data mapping and data flows.
Proven track record managing technical software projects
Diagnose and remediate technical delivery challenges preventing Appian teams from meeting customer expectations and objectives
Able to work with customer and provide best fit solutions and able to guide team technically in delivering those solutions.
Collaborating with customers for quick technical assessment and proposal development for leveraging platform services of azure
Closely work with customer to understand the business objectives and define solutions to meet the business objectives
Candidate should be from an application development and solution architecture background and have expertise in building large scale web applications before the cloud experience.
Estimate and outline the solution approaches, express, and articulate and/or review the architecture and design rationale through technical architecture diagrams
Recent (last 3 years) Microsoft Azure Certification are a huge plus
Knowledge of Azure Services like
App Services, Web Apps, API Management
Integration Services (Data Factory, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus & Event Grid)
As a Store Manager Trainee, you’ll train on all aspects of successfully running a store in preparation for running for your own store.
