LifeTies, Inc.is hiring Residential Support Professionalsto work in residential homes in Ewing and Trenton (Mercer County) with high functioning youth and young adults.

Full time and part time positions are available on 1st/2nd/3rd shifts on weekdays and weekends.

These positions pay between$13.00-15.00 hourly.

LifeTies, Inc.also provides paid training.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Residential Support Professionalis charged with the duty to provide genuine care and concern;evidenced based behavior support; and teach life-skillsfor our persons servedwho range in age from 12-21.

Essential Functions:Include the following, other duties may be assigned

  • Supervising daily interactions in the group home and in the community.
  • Fostering positive relationships with persons served, families, team members, providers and other community members.
  • Serving as advocates for persons served; and teaching them to appropriately self-advocate.
  • Facilitating life skills activities (cooking, cleaning, budgeting, shopping, organization).
  • Completing well written electronic documentation of activities in the home, behaviors of persons served, and life skills activities.
  • Administeringfirst aid and CPR as needed.
  • Ensuringthe privacy and dignity of persons served.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; BSW/BA/BS is preferred; 3 years working in an organization or schoolsetting with youth ages 12-21 with behavioral health challenges; LGBTQ+; pregnant and parenting and/or with chronic health conditions. Must have a driver's license in good standing; complete criminal and other background checks.
