Position: Agile Product Manager
Location: Iselin, NJ (Hybrid of Onsite/Remote)
Duration: Full Time
7 9 years of experience
7-9 years of Product management experience, ideally in B2B and within FinTech/ Financial services.
Proven project management and communication skills, ideally working in a fast-paced/start-up environment.
Solid understanding of the practical application of agile development methods and leading software development teams in Agile environment.
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to leadership
You'll have experience building solutions for end customers and managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Proven ability to manage processes and product issues of broad scope and variety
Experience in coordinating across multiple senior stakeholders with competing priorities
Some knowledge of web tools: Web analytics (e.g. GA, Mixpanel), Agile product management (e.g. Jira, Tello), A/B testing tools (e.g. Optimisely, Google Optimise) and communication (e.g. Slack, MS Teams)
Strong communication and analytical skills, with ability to prioritize things so to deliver projects in-line with business needs and strategy
