Sr. Business Consultant will support programs and analytics related to CMS
morbidity risk payment.Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:Business Information Consultant Sr.
Establishes, improves, and optimizes the consolidating processesfor forecast and month-end results.
Consolidates and prepares executive summary reports for variousbusiness segments in the SBU for top management decision-making.
Analyzes and designs solutions to address varied and highlycomplex business needs.
May collaborate with businesses and technical areas to implementnew or enhanced products.
May require strong knowledge of products as well as our internalbusiness models and data systems.
May coordinate with external audits as appropriate.
Acts as the central contact with internal departments and externalauditors.
Works independently.
Draws up a plan to address issues/concerns.
Works side by side with their manager.
Qualifications:Business Information Consultant Sr.
Requires a BS/BA degree in Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration; 12+ years of relevant experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Experience providing leadership in evaluating financial performance of complex organizations required.
Excellent leadership, problem solving, organizational, planning, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Experience mining data and performing analysis using PSQL and/or SAS software is highly preferred; Teradata SQL data mining experience is a plus.
This job is focused on identifying solutions to business problems and needs, very knowledgeable across products, more customer facing in recommending solutions, expert in data analysis, extremely independent, more interpretation of what is required by the business as compared to the Bus Info Consultant job.
