Robert Half's reputable client is soon beginning interviews for this role!Summary:As an advanced UX Designer, you will leverage your deep understanding of research and experience design for digital products. You'll be at the forefront of our efforts and be directly responsible for decisions that form our client and advisor experiences. This is a hands-on design and team management role. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team that includes other researchers, product designers, content writers, product managers, engineers, and business partners who share your passion for delivering unique and innovative financial digital products and services of all kinds, including trading and advice platforms.Roles and Responsibilities:Responsible for working on software resiliency (how the firm recovers information and technology when systems are down/how company process transactions while systems are down)
Must have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles absolute comfort working with HTML and CSS excellent visual design skills great technical know-how and proven expertise in designing for the Web/Digital experiences.
Help define the user models and user interface for new and existing products and features
Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Gauge the usability of new and existing products and making constructive suggestions for change.
Concept and develop new and engaging experiences for the user base.
About You:Background in internal UX or back-office experience, technical UX, data-heavy work, or working with complex tables
You think in terms of systems and make rational design decisions
You can create and share design direction for products based on research findings
You are constantly pushing your limits and searching for opportunities to become better
Your team collaboration and communication skills are unparalleled

Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience in UX Design
