A media services organization in New Jersey is currently seeking a new Technical Project Manager for a great Remote opportunity with their staff. In this role, the Technical Project Manager (Remote) will be responsible for managing IT projects through all stages of the project lifecycle from concept through scoping, planning, execution and closeout.

Responsibilities:

The Technical Project Manager (Remote) will:

• Manage all project related activities on a daily basis and has responsibility for execution and final delivery of the project
• Develop and manage project schedules status, resources, deliverables, issues, and timelines throughout the project with input from all stakeholders
• Keep management and key stakeholders well informed on a timely basis on project status, budget, risk, issues and resource needs
• Communicate and negotiate within and across the project teams; escalate risks as required to appropriate level of management
• Formalize final acceptance for the project from the project owner by ensuring that the delivered product(s) and services comply with the agreed deliverables list and agreed scope
• Provide guidance on the appropriate use of resources (e.g., offerings, tools, staff)
• Supervise multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
• Work effectively with minimal supervision to agreed guidelines and procedures
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of IT experience; 2+ years of Project Management experience
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Experience working with Agile teams using SCRUM, Kanban or Lean project management methodologies
• Hands on JIRA experience
• Smartsheet experience
• Experience working on the entire SDLC
• Experience with scope management, schedule development and management, risk management, issue management, change management, communication management, cost management and quality management.
• Knowledge of Systems Architecture on Premise and Cloud
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
