We are seeking strong Customer Service Representatives to join a national innovative client solutions center. You will be assisting employee's with benefits documentations while promoting our clients number one value of quality service first!
Pay: $13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday Friday 1:00 pm 10:00 pm

Requirements:
High school education or equivalent
Minimum of two years experience within a call center or customer service environment
Experience in the healthcare industry (within a health benefits company is a plus)
Basic computer and keyboarding skills and the ability to navigate through systems
Strong verbal communication, active listening and written skills to record information into the Client
Relationship Management (CRM) system
Able to multi-task, poses strong time management skills and work ethics
Able to adhere to a high level of security standards in accordance with Company ISO policies and practices
Bi-lingual English/Spanish speaking is a plus
