Spherion Staffing has a number of roles in customer service in both Monmouth and Ocean County. These are entry level roles with great companies. There is great training in these positions and room for growth in all the roles. This person must be detail oriented, responsible, and a quick learner. This role requires the individual to be pleasant and professional at all times. Dealing with customers on the phone and in person on a regular basis and being able to handle all types of customer issues is what the majority of these entail. The hours range depending on the role. The pay is based on experience ranging from $13- $18/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of calls in a day
- Greet customers warmly
- Provide enthusiastic customer service to clients at all times
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
