100 Ocean is hiring for all Seasonal Back of House positions at WAVE RESORT in Long Branch, NJ! This includes line cooks, pastry cooks, porters and garde mange cooks.
Opened in 2019, Wave Resort is an elevated hospitality experience with 5 unique F&B offerings including 2 full-service restaurants, 2 fast casual concepts, an outdoor pool deck and a coffee bar with grab-and-go options. Talented LINE COOKS

> At least 2 years of Line Cook experience
> Have excellent knife skills
> Have knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation
> Have experience on multiple stations in the kitchen
> Able to lift 25 lbs or more
> Prepare and execute key components of dishes
> Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes
> Support their fellow cooks
> Must possess a genuine passion for hospitality with solid food and beverage knowledge
> Must be calm and able to maintain order under pressure
> Must be a leader
> Must be available to work typical hospitality industry hours (breakfast, late nights, holidays, weekends)
> Must have the ability to multitask with a calm demeanor
> Must be hospitable and able to maintain high levels of service
> Must be conscious of physical presentation and have clean work habits
> Must have attention to detail
DISHWASHERS

- Minimum of 1-year Dishwasher experience
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and work effectively with a team
- Possess a hospitable and approachable demeanor, clean work habits and keen attention to detail
- Full AM or PM availability, including weekends/holidays
- Good verbal communication skills; able to communicate in English
- Demonstrate punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
- Show eagerness and capacity to learn, highly adaptable
- Able to stoop, bend, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively during shifts
