NFC Amenity Management is currently accepting applicants for a Certified Lifeguard position in a Luxury Residential building.

Responsibilities of the Certified Lifeguard
Must have a passion for elevated customer service; and must be ambitious, friendly, courteous, warm, compassionate and comfortable with people of all age groups.
Thorough cleaning and maintenance of the pool and pool deck on a daily basis.
Must possess strong work ethic, honesty and integrity.
Provide exceptional Customer Service by exceeding client's expectations and needs.
Complete thorough, daily facility inspections.
Effectively communicate operation malfunctions promptly to building management in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Must be willing to deliver the highest level of quality customer service (aggressive hospitality) to our clients.
Must possess and renew certifications as required by law- Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid/AED.
Must be able to recognize and respond to emergencies immediately.
Attention to detail is a must.
Strong customer service skills and being a self-starter are important.
Strong individual and team contributor.
Must be friendly, outgoing, and a people-person.
Compensation
$16 per hour plus many perks/employee discounts.
Part time position. Shifts are Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-9pm, divided into multiple shifts.
