- Manage the daily preparation of food items for a station or area of kitchen, plating all orders in an efficient manner.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and precision.
- Prepare all dishes with consistency.
- Have knowledge and culinary exposure.
- Great attitude, reliable, dependable, strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintains a clean and organized work space.
- Must be organized and be able to multi-task, work well under pressure, follow directions and understand sense of urgency.
- Have a strong commitment to quality.
- Possess strong team skills.
- Follow health and safety procedures.
- Maintain high level of professionalism.
