Eagle Oaks is accepting applications for Full Time Line Chef Position.
Three years experience in upscale cuisine preparation and ability to prep, organize, coordinate, communicate and execute ala carte orders to line members.
Execute the plating for the pass and coordinate with the Sous Chef daily functions.
The Lead Line Chef will work with the Sous Chef in the planning and implementation of daily menu specials.
Typical hours Tuesday - Sunday 2-10PM in season.
our ala carte is open 11 months a year.
