Direct Support Professionals are vital to our everyday residential operations. The successful candidate for these positions will provide supports to individuals with disabilities in a residential (Group Home, Supervised Apartment, or Supportive Living) environment.
This is a direct care position.
Responsibilities include teaching life skills and managing the personal care of all the individuals living in the community residence.
Pay rate starts between $15-$16 an hour.

Requirements
Must have a H.S. Diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Valid NJ Driver's License with no more than 5 points
At least 1 year of longevity with a previous employer
