Established Podiatry practice seeking a FULL-TIME Receptionist in our busy, multi-physician offices located in Red Bank, Freehold and Monroe.
Medical Receptionist Responsibilities:
⢠Answering multi-telephone lines
⢠Checking In/Checking out patients
⢠Scheduling appointments in person and over the phone
⢠Collecting accurate demographics and insurance information
⢠Scanning documents
⢠Collecting copays, balances, and product payments
⢠Daily close reconciliation
⢠Confirm upcoming appointments
Skills:
⢠Ability to communication accurately and concisely
⢠Skills in organization
⢠Proficient in MS Word, Excel and able to use computer well
⢠Knowledge in some basic Electronic Medical Record data entry, will provide additional training to work with our EHR system
Requirements:
⢠Medical office experience a plus (will train)
⢠Must be able to multi-task
⢠Good positive attitude; trustworthy, accountable, responsible; must be a team player, be self- motivated and customer service oriented
⢠Knowledge of computerized processes and data entry procedures
⢠MUST be willing to travel (Red Bank/Freehold/Monroe)
⢠Flexible hours (evenings/Saturdays)
