We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the day to day maintenance of our apartment community near Long Branch. This Supervisor will be responsible for:
- oversee and conduct work orders
- preventative maintenance
- maintain inventory
- oversee vendors and contractors
- ensure the grounds are well maintained including landscaping and snow removal
- oversee custodial
- emergency on-call
Must have experience in electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, painting and carpentry, as well as, supervisory experience.
