POSITION OVERVIEW:

Salt Hotels seeks a creative, self-motivated, detailed individual as Marketing Brand Manager for the Asbury Hotel and Asbury Ocean Club. The Brand Manager is responsible for the creation, design and execution of creative efforts, inclusive of digital and print tactics.

As Brand Manager you will be responsible for creating compelling layouts and templates as well as execution of brand and marketing communication materials (including print, web, multimedia, and social) for a variety of marketing initiatives.

This role will work both independently and collaboratively with marketing staff, programming, sales and hotel operations developing branded content designed to show value and grow awareness for The Asbury and Asbury Ocean Club.

This includes collaboration with all cross-functional business partners to develop and execute strategies that facilitate an experience that exceeds the customer's expectations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Responsible for all guest communication channels including but not limited to: Social pages, website updates, email and other relevant marketing channels.

-Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to develop and execute graphic design and content creation needs to support programming, sales and marketing requests from supported departments

-Photograph necessary creative for social and marketing materials.

-Develop and design content according to brand specifications for local and ad hoc print communications.

-Update any image and copy needs that relate to communications in social and site platforms.

-Develop content strategy utilizing internally generated photos, videos and user generated content for distribution on multiple social channels.

-Assist with retail opportunities that include merchandise assortment, pricing and logistics and marketing mix to support retail functions.

-Coordinate distribution of all brand collateral to meet internal and external marketing needs.

-Assist in any design or content creation to support any website updates or enhancements.

-Partner with property operations teams to ensure changes are accurately updated and communicated in all marketing channels.

-Support all creative and communications Marketing (email, social, site) for Weddings and Corporate Marketing Initiatives.

-Support any ad hoc photography for Weddings and Corporate Marketing initiatives.

THE REST:

-Extensive knowledge and experience with Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign

-Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to meet deadlines

-Photography, Microsoft Office knowledge, videography, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects are a plus

-Provide examples of previous design creations you have generated in Adobe Illustrator and/or InDesign
