Clarks Landing Yacht Club & Marina in Point Pleasant is looking for an energetic, experienced individual to run the majority of the marketing efforts.
This individual will manage our catering hall and marine website content, social media presence, and sales/marketing plans - all of which will generate leads for our Sales Team and enable the timely turn of our products. Evaluating the market and developing a strategy tailored to the current conditions is also a critical role for this position.
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
Website design, development and management. Keeping content fresh, current, user-friendly, and interactive.
Social Media coordination and deployment. Timely content posting on appropriate mediums (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Sales promotions and strategies implementation. Generate consistent product awareness with targeted audiences.
Marketing plan and short-term/long-term execution. Evolving marketing plan influenced by data and market trend analysis.
Content writing for email blasts.
Key Skills Required for the Role:
Proven written communication skills, and a passion for writing both short- and long-copy.
Excellent verbal communications skills.
An interest in marketing, communications, social media or reputation management.
Familiarity with key social media tools (e.g. Twitter and Facebook), Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Word Press.
An ability to consistently demonstrate our values of insight, hard work, and effectiveness in your personal approach to work.
