Seeking an EXPERIENCED Admin assistant to help ensure the smooth running of a cabinet shop specializing in cabinetry for the healthcare, fitness, and retail industries, as well as residential cabinetry. Full or part time employment (flexible hours possible)
Responsibilities to Include:
Day-to-day running of the office
Provision of administrative support to other office personnel
Payroll
Some marketing duties
Basic website maintenance
Phone communication
Preparation of proposals
Bookkeeping (accounts payable and receivable)
Other general office duties as requested
Company social media management.
This is an autonomous role and the ideal candidate will be comfortable being independent and making decisions. They will also have good interpersonal and presentation skills, as well as office management experience. Applicant must be self-directed and have organization and problem-solving skills.
Skills Required:
Experience with QuickBooks
Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Social Media expertise a plus
