Our client, a reputable company in Freehold, is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant to join their growing team.
Salary/Rate: $16/hr
Position Overview: The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for making travel arrangements, ordering supplies, providing general office support and supporting executives as needed.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
Answer and direct phone calls
Reconcile and submit expense reports
Update and maintain office policy and procedure
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Book travel arrangements for various department members
Act as the main point of contact for internal and external clients
Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:
1-3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management
Education Requirements:
Bachelors Degree preferred
