Spherion Staffing has a number of administrative roles throughout Monmouth & Ocean Counties. These opportunities include traditional administrative duties and are accepting applicants of all skill levels and experience. The person(s) in these roles are required to perform an array of functions that may include but are not limited to, filing, scheduling, answering multi-line phone systems, book travel arrangements, input data into a software system, provide support to visitors, generate reports, order office supplies, etc. These opportunities are spread across a number of industries all with reputable companies that value good employees. The pay ranges for these positions are $14 - $20/hr.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Maintain contact lists
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Order office supplies
Book travel arrangements
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors
Provide information by answering questions and requests
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Self-starter who works well independently and has excellent time management skills
Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and exceptional organizational and planning skills
Strong problem solver and analytical thinker
Professional demeanor
Proficient in MS Office
Administrative experience is a plus
