We are Home Living Furniture and we are looking to add to our back office staff.
Customer service experience is a plus!
Duties would include but are not limited to:
Taking calls and placing orders for our furniture accounts
Emailing
Scheduling
Customer service calls
Creating parts orders
Dealing directly with stores and customers
Answering calls
Transferring calls
Taking messages
Assisting with day to day operations
Helping to solve customer issues
Filing and other office organizing
Communicating and working with other staff as a team
