We are a privately owned Medical Equipment small office in Lakewood, NJ. We strive to provide excellent patient customer service in a relaxed, caring environment.
Duties will include but not limited to:
-Answering Phones, scheduling deliveries to patients all via phone.
-Collect patient information and data entry into the EMR system.
-Verify benefits.
-No Sales.
Requirements:
Quick learner with the ability to solve problems-this is critical.
Competent at typing at least 50 words per minute-this is a must
Willingness to work overtime as requested
Friendly and outgoing personality
Efficient computer/ clerical skills
Work with a small staff and be a team player
Flexibility for additional work coverage
Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Detailed oriented and organized
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Willing to learn and grow with business
Legal holidays off and paid
Candidates must be:
Reliable and able to arrive at work on time
Pleasant and optimistic
Able to speak clearly on the phone
Able to get along with others
Able to type and use Microsoft Office-Excel
Good Overall computer knowledge
Able to keep to a schedule (40 hours per week)
