In office admin position available with good organization ability & excellent phone skills. We have a professional office space in Manahawkin NJ and are looking for a quality candidate to join our team.
This position will mostly require standard office tasks such as email responses and follow up to leads, current customer updating, and building lists and helping with marketing capabilities such as facebook & social media marketing and updates. Training available.
We are a marketing company with multiple divisions which include real estate related marketing, video and photo production and post production/editing, as well as maintaining websites for various in house and customer experiences. Overall we are mainly a creative agency with a few divisions. This opportunity is great for recent college grad or current college student looking to work while in college.
We are seeking an individual with flexible schedule and the position will start part time. Must be available during normal work hours with occasional weekend day if needed. We will start out with approx. 20 hrs a week and the position can grow to full time very quickly if that is preference.
The idea candidate will be very comfortable with emailing, phone calls & text, basic spreadsheet data entry, and basic social media input for facebook, instagram etc.
