Our client, an established e-commerce company, is looking to add an Office Assistant to their team.
Position Overview:
The ideal Office Assistant will have worked in an office environment before and have a proactive work ethic. This position requires flexibility to jump in where needed and support many aspects of the business.
Responsibilities of the Office Assistant:
Oversee clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
Answer and direct phone calls
Welcome guests/visitors and direct them in the appropriate direction
Keep inventory of office equipment and ordering supplies as needed
Qualifications of the Office Assistant:
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Prior experience working in an office environment is a plus
Ability to keep busy and ask for tasks when assigned tasks are completed
Education requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
