A Monmouth County Electrical firm is seeking talented individuals to support our continued and exciting growth!

Job Title: Office Manager

Job Type: Full Time

Experience: 1-3 Years

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership

Carry out the firm's mission, vision and values;

Carry out assigned management objectives;

Manage assigned employees responsible for their specific service goals, deadlines, responsibilities and behavior;

Ability to appropriately delegate work to tecnitians;

Self -motivated and goal oriented;

Human Resources

Provide input with annual performance reviews;

Provide input to improved company performance.

Technical Responsibilities

Maintain and manage list of tasks for accurate and timely completion;

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and distribution, reception, records center/file management, processing, and word processing;

Manage phone;

Manage the coordination of coverage, monitoring volume and workflow, process improvements, quality of work products, proofing, proposal proofing, reproduction, distribution, and scheduling;

Manage the coordination of IT services, equipment and repair;

Provide high-level administrative support to the Owner;

Manage office equipment and supply needs;

Schedule the maintenance of office equipment and veicles;

May coordinate office building/facility matters (maintenance requests, communications, etc.);

Serve as a resource for staff who have questions regarding policies, and procedures;

Coordinates new hire .

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree is preferred;

Minimum of Associates degree;

Experience required is as follows:

>>> With a Bachelor's Degree: 1-2 years in the capacity described herein

>>> With an Associate's Degree: 3-5 years in the capacity described herein

Comprehensive Microsoft Office Skills;

. Bookkeeping Experience Preferred; Quick books knowladge is a must

Fluency in English language, with excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Excellent understanding, comprehension and ability to articulate various business processes;

Emerging leadership insights and ability to supervise teams;

Strong organizational and project management skills;
