Consulting firm in Edison, NJ seeks to hire a professional and detail-oriented Temp to Perm Project Coordinator for its team. The essential functions for the role will include account administration and maintaining the look and feel of company documents to ensure brand consistency, consultant time keeping, maintaining client files, creating and maintaining to-do?s for client projects, electronic file management, space management including managing tidiness of conference and common areas, answering phones, preparing document templates, coordinating calendar invites for client meetings, preparing meeting agendas and materials for those meetings, updating various client documents as requested. Our client is seeking a candidate with the following qualifications: Bachelor?s degree, 3 + years of work experience in a similar role, knowledge of insurance and/or contracts, one who is technologically savvy, has a team player mentality and who is courteous with a clear and concise communication style. Proficiency in the MS Office suite is required. Candidate should also feel comfortable with learning new technology and databases quickly. Hours are 8:30am ? 5:30pm.
