Pharmaceutical company currently has available a full-time Project Manager with Manufacturing & Packaging experience. This is a contract to hire opportunity to start ASAP. Their Manufacturing/Packaging Department currently has multiple on-going projects for year 2019-2020 and in need of your expertise!The following are key projects the PM will be involved in:Good Documentation PracticeLine 11 Changeover ReductionLine 11 Speed IncreaseNew DES System ImplementationPackaging process mappingFDA readiness program & mock auditsForeign materialPKG Yield ImprovementCulture change program on floor focus on quality and work behaviorComprehensive SOPs reviewFocused SOP trainingMFG Setup standardsOEEPSR updates name & logo changeThe Project manager will follow up on projects and ensure that project timelines are met. You will also help addresses inter-department challenges during execution of these projects and perform the necessary work for operations as it relates to the projects as well.Requirements needed Must have previous project management experience (2-3 years minimum)Strong attention to detail and follow through capabilities. Previous manufacturing/packaging/operations experience to assist Operations team.Associates Degree or higher is required for this role.Solid leadership experience and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced , deadline-driven environmentStrong ability to multitask and meet deadlinesAbout the company
