RENTAL AGENT FOR A LARGE APT. COMPLEX
No Real Estate License Necessary
The Schedules are for weekdays and able to work Weekends
Willing to Travel Monmouth County Occasionally
An apt. complex in Middlesex County is looking for an Rental Agent.
Applicant must possess excellent verbal, computer and writing skills.
Applicant must be organized and motivated
Job Duties Include but not limited to:
Has a courteous and professional demeanor over the phone and in person
Handle a high volume of phone and emails - Answering phones/responding to emails
Is detail oriented and takes a proactive approach to follow up in all aspects of the job
Has the ability to work independently and within a team
Communicates effectively both written and verbally
Is organized, efficient, and works well in a high paced office
Experienced in Leases and Addendums and all aspects of Renting
Is proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Has valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Willing to travel if necessary 40 Mins. Max to Middlesex County If Needed
Skills/Qualifications:
Admin Experience preferred
NJ Real Estate License not necessary
Knowledge of Service Master a plus but will train
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask
Dedication to the job
Ability to work independently and as a part of the group
Computer proficiency - Microsoft Office and Outlook
